  ATT Wireless mobile phone service

Juniper Networks provides mobile service through AT&T Wireless. Please use the resources on this page for assistance in ordering a mobile phone, a Blackberry, or if you require support with your existing wireless device. We allow employees to sync their personal devices to their Juniper Outlook email, contacts and calendars as described in the Juniper Mobility policy.

 Ordering a Mobile Phone, Blackberry, or Accessories
AT&T Wireless Premier - An ordering portal for Juniper Networks employees.

Use AT&T Premier for the following:
• Ordering a new mobile phone or Blackberry
• Moving your phone number from another carrier to AT&T Wireless
• Upgrading your existing mobile phone or Blackberry
• Ordering a replacement for your existing mobile phone or Blackberry

Please have the following prepared when ordering:
• Your employee ID number - this can be found in PeopleSoft under Personal Information.
• Your manager's e-mail address - all Blackberry or mobile phone requests require Manager approval.
• Your shipping address

If you have any problems with ordering or require special assistance please contact Telecom and provide specific details of your question or ordering problem.

 Support and Troubleshooting

For support with your AT&T Wireless mobile phone or Blackberry please contact AT&T Wireless Business End User Care at (800) 888-7600. When prompted, you will be required to enter your AT&T Wireless mobile number, Juniper's billing ZIP code of 94089, and our foundation account number (FAN) of 30212.

AT&T Wireless Business End User Care can help with the following:
• Problems with your mobile phone
• Problems with your Blackberry or the Blackberry Desktop Software
• Warranty exchange for your eligible AT&T Wireless mobile phone or Blackberry
• Problems with your wireless device voice mail

 International Travel for Your Wireless Phone and Blackberry

If you are travelling internationally and would like to see if your phone or Blackberry will work overseas, please use the AT&T Wireless Business Traveller Guide (Flash required).

If you are having troubles using your wireless phone or Blackberry in a country that should have international roaming, or you have any questions about whether your wireless device can roam, you may reach the International Care Team at (916) 843-4685. When calling the International Care Team please call from another phone other than your device and have the device in hand for immediate troubleshooting.
