The Audio Conferencing solutions provided by Juniper Networks are as follows:

 Meet-Me Conferencing: < 6 People

What is meet-me conference?
Meet me conference is a feature provided by our own internal communications equipment. It allows the user to conduct a conference call with a maximum of 6 people. The bridge can be used at any time. This type of conferencing is only available on an Avaya phone system.

What calls should I make with Meet-Me Conferencing?
Casual, reservationless calls of 6 people or less - it is recommended you use this for smaller conference calls as it comes with no cost when compared with the Sprint/Intercall Conferencing solution.

Conference Set-Up Instructions:
Please send a request to http://helpdesk.jnpr.net to be set up with Meet-Me Conferencing. Indicate at which site you reside.

Using Meet-Me Conferencing:

2. Dial your Meet-Me access code.
3. Dial your 6-digit pin to enter into the conference immediately.

Note: It is very important to change your PIN after every conference to avoid unauthorized users into your conference.

Changing your conferencing PIN:
1. From your desktop or IP phone, dial # 090 <your Meet-Me access code> # (at this point you will hear silence)
2. Dial <Your current conferencing PIN> # (you should hear dial-tone)
3. Dial <Your new 6-digit conferencing PIN> # (you should hear dial-tone)
4. Confirm your new 6-digit conferencing PIN # (you will hear a confirmation tone consisting of three short-beeps)

frSIP Meet-Me Conferencing: < 10 People

What is frSIP Conferencing ?
The frSIP Meet-Me service allows users to set up a single audioconference with up to ten users. Users can enter the conference through internal extension numbers or through outside telephone numbers.

The FRSip Meet-Me conference service is “reservationless” which means that conference calls do not have to be reserved. Whenever you need to hold a conference, you simply provide the meeting members with:

  • The extension or external access number.
  • The conference code.
  • The conference PIN.
This FRSip Meet-Me service is only available to users who have an extension on a Juniper Networks, Inc. office that is served by an FRSip PBX. Users who are located in offices served by Avaya PBX’s should reference the User Guide for the Avaya Meet-Me service.

What calls should I make with Intercall Conferencing?
This should be used for reservationless calls. This service can accommodate up to 120 users

Intercall Signup
The above link takes you to the Service Desk ticketing system - In order to be processed for a audio conferencing account request, include the following in your ticket:

- Name.
- Email Address.
- Direct Phone.
- Mailing Address.
- Employee Number.
- Department Number.
- Region (EMEA, Americas, or APAC).
